Your 2025-2026 documents can be found here. Please complete and submit to the preschool office upon your return to school for pre-planning, along with your signed contract.
If you are not available for subbing, early arrival, or extended day, please complete the form and choose “not interested”.
This helps us ensure that we have received forms from everyone and understand each one’s intent as we move forward with scheduling.
The 4th button below is the 2025-2026 Daily Schedule Form. The Daily Schedule helps us know when your other class activities are (besides resources) during the course of the day. Please include Playground time, Resources, Snack time, and Lunch time. In-class activities, such as circle time, story time, and art, do not need to be included. From these individual schedules that you complete, we will create a Master Daily Schedule. The Daily Schedule Form document must be submitted by August 13th. We may not have the Master Resource Schedule complete and available to you until the first day of Pre-planning, and you will need your Resource Schedule to complete your Daily Schedule. Please be assured that we have worked diligently to create a cohesive and fair schedule for all.
Please keep a copy of these documents for your records.
In addition, you will find a PHONE CALL CHECK LIST to help you as you make your calls to parents before August 11th. Please review the information on the checklist and obtain the information requested. This information is very important, especially if there are any changes to your address, email, or other details.
Finally, you will see the “Procedures and Policies” listed below, which contain the following: 2025-2026 Daily Procedures, Illness Policy, and Pet Policy. You need to review these policies to become familiar with the updated information and procedures that will be in place as we begin the new year. You will be better able to answer parents’ questions when making phone calls and during your Orientation sessions. If you have a question or concern that you are unsure how to address, please direct them to call the Preschool Office.
