2026–2027 School Year Forms & Information
Your 2026–2027 documents are available below. Please complete and submit all required forms to the Preschool Office upon your return for pre-planning, along with your signed contract.
If you are not interested in serving as a substitute teacher, working early arrival, or assisting with extended day, please still complete the applicable form and select "Not Interested." This helps us confirm that we have received a response from every staff member and understand individual availability as we begin scheduling for the new school year.
Daily Schedule Form
The fourth button below contains the 2026–2027 Daily Schedule Form. This form helps us identify the structure of your day outside of resource classes and allows us to create a comprehensive Master Daily Schedule.
Please include:

Resource classes
Snack time
Lunch time
You do not need to include in-class activities such as circle time, story time, centers, or art activities.
The Daily Schedule Form must be submitted by August 12, 2026. Please note that the Master Resource Schedule may not be finalized and distributed until the first day of pre-planning. You will need your resource schedule in order to complete your daily schedule. Thank you for your patience as we work to create a cohesive and equitable schedule for all classrooms.
Please keep copies of all submitted documents for your records.
Parent Phone Call Checklist
You will also find a Parent Phone Call Checklist to assist you as you contact families prior to August 10th. Please review the checklist and gather the requested information during your conversations. Accurate information is essential, particularly if there have been changes to a family's address, email, phone number, or other important details.
